Groundwork Knit is made using a premium grade nylon that has a significantly tighter woven filament than standard synthetics. Tighter filaments mean less microfiber shedding in the wash-cycle, plus greater durability of the garment (longer lifespan, more wearing).

This is my go to for long runs and races! Wore it as my top for a rainy half marathon and a full and it still looks and feels brand new. Provides excellent support and coverage while still looking super flattering. The big thing for me is that it has one of the best pockets I’ve had on a sports bra. Super easy to put my phone or gels in and take out while running and not worrying about anything falling out. Being able to run with my phone and not be distracted by it clunking in a belt or weighing my shorts down is huge. 100% worth it, I recommend this to all my fellow runners.

Perfect bra, only thing I want to run in

Seamless, comfortable, great storage, the only bra I want to run in. I'm a 36B, size 4/6, the size S fits best. My only slight complaint is that the pocket in the back is so deep that my short arms sometimes struggle to reach something that has slid all the way down, but that's between me and my lack of flexbility and T Rex like arm length. Please keep making this perfect bra and add more colors!

The Ultimate crop top

Tried crop tops from multiple companies before randomly seeing this one & this gem of a company over my social media feed…BOOM. It’s the one, smooth breathable material that moves with me on my runs (6-12 mile range), keeps me cool, and the pockets are dynamite. It took a couple runs to have faith dropping my phone into the shoulder blade pocket as it’s pretty deep, but without the cover, it slips down into the pocket pretty easily & I haven’t dropped my phone yet. Because it’s a little lower, it nestled into a spot between the shoulder blades so that you don’t feel it…like, at all. Just enough coverage with this bra while keeping you super cool for those hot summer days. 5 stars. 5’4” 135 regular build, small.

Great for running pack

I bought this for the phone pocket and it works great. I want more of them. Just wish they weren’t so pricey, but it is my new favorite. i’m usually right between a small and a medium and don’t like things too tight so I went with a medium and I think I made the right choice.
