Groundwork Knit is made using a premium grade nylon that has a significantly tighter woven filament than standard synthetics. Tighter filaments mean less microfiber shedding in the wash-cycle, plus greater durability of the garment (longer lifespan, more wearing).

Groundwork Knit fabric is also bluesign® certified meaning it is free from harmful chemicals and is fabricated in a way that meets a high environmental standard.

I love these tights! Did 2 long runs so far in them, in the heat and my legs remained cool and the tights did not end up soaked!

Also. The side pockets are really deep so they held 2-3 gels!

nice material and fit

All good…. just a little loose in waist. When I pull the waist elastic cord it does not stay put and elastic cord not long enough to tie. I purchased the 7/8 length as I am short and it fits nicely to my ankle.

One of my go-to's

I love these tights! The pockets fit my phone, and it's nice to have a place for it (I havent invested in a fanny pack yet). They're great for my cool morning coastal runs. Excited to try them on a hiking trip. Love them so much; I'm going to get another set in a different color.

I love these pants because they stay put on long runs AND they have so many pockets! I can actually run with a full soft flask in the pocket! Highly recommend the fit and the fabric with the no slip seem on the legs.

My favorite running tights

I have the original groundwork tights, which I've worn for several marathons and ultramarathons. It's also my go-to tight for long training runs, so I ordered another pair. I love the pockets, and the waistband stays in place. I'm just under 5'1, so the length is good for me. It comes to just above my ankle bone.
