I have the old version with the collar and used it for all winter in skimo and running workouts. It was so versatile, that I opted to by this newer version and am really happy with how it fits.

The material is outstanding, as is the fit and function. I wear it on runs in the 30's and 40's, as I have a warmer one for the 20's and lower. This has the exact warmth I wanted and the side pockets are great!

This is the best running jacket that I've owned and I love it. Have been out several times in it over the last couple of weeks. Sleeves are great, pockets, good thermal layer. All good.

Jacket quite amazing. I have many running jackets, this jacket rocketed to the top of my winter running list. All the rest are obsolete. I run 7:30 every morning. Eastern MA mid Dec, temps 18-26F,
8-15 wind. Base layer thin summer compression T (UA) Janji mid second layer. Groundwork tights, Balega socks. Wind block gloves. Stormrunner jacket. Jacket like all Janji gear with leading edge tech. Seems too thin and too lightweight. Wrong! Keeps cold and wind out with excellent breathing. Amazingly warm without restricting movement. Feels like no jacket on. Repels rain, ice, snow, wind and cold. True to size.

This is my actual favorite jacket. Ever.

I wear it:
-out and about
-to the office
-on short hikes
-for short runs and rides
-when I'm trying to look cute

Looks *sharp*. Nice fit and feels nice to the touch with or with out base layers. Keeps Warm. Breathes. Cheats wind. Sheds Rain. My travel bestie. Dream wear for run/bike commuting. There just aren't better clothes.

I'd wear it for even more stuff (camp, serious workouts, etc) except for not wanting to sweat it out/dirty it up.
I've had it for a year or so and it's holding up great. Truly fearing the day I must retire it.

It’s 80 degrees out so I haven’t had a chance to wear this jacket on a run, but the fit and feel are great. I can’t wait for cold weather to test it out.
