Our AFO fabric is composed of 88% recycled polyester. We use high-grade recycled polyester made from 100% post-consumer recycled plastic like rPET (commonly found in single-use bottles and containers) to reduce the impact of our apparel without sacrificing on performance, durability or comfort. 

AFO fabric is also bluesign® certified meaning it is free from harmful chemicals and is fabricated in a way that meets a high environmental standard.

Favorite running shorts

These have quickly become my favorite running shorts. It's made of very lightweight but durable fabric and the back pocket is big enough for a phone and a few cards. I'm 6'0" and 175 lbs and the medium fits perfectly.

Really Light and great waistband

First Fit is a little small in these - I’m a slim 32 and Medium binds in the upper leg - but it’s not a problem, the large leg fit was great and the waistband is not only vented but has an elastic draw string. Super comfortable and the easiest to adjust.

Great lightweight shorts

In general I prefer tights with a phone sleeve, but on hot days these are fantastic. The phone bounce is minimal and easy to tolerate and the shorts are just so, so light!

I've only owned these shorts for a couple of weeks, but they're already my favorite. I wash them as soon as I'm done running so that they're ready for the next run. Never thought too deeply about waistbands before these shorts, but man... great waistband.

Perfect Low-Profile Running Shorts

The perfect amount of coverage and storage for a run. I’ve run in mine up to 7 miles, and have never had any issues with hot spots or bunching. The pockets that are there are the perfect amount if you don’t run with a phone. They are also versatile enough to wear casually (I tuck my phone in the waist band).

Nice but liner

I love my 5 in light and comfortable but I cut the liner out bothers me in the upper inner thighs , so I wear my special underwear boxers wicking, but these shorts are awesome during traing and competition

The best shorts.

The lightest, most comfortable shorts I have ever worn. Bought for hiking in hot summer months and I am hooked. I have 3 pair. I wear these shorts without underwear and the liner makes these a game-changer. Best shorts ever!
